Instead of being injected into the game (which is immediately visible to anti-cheats), Limitless reads memory directly through the PCIe interface using an external device. The anti-cheat (EAC) only sees standard traffic, and all data about enemies, loot, and positions is transmitted to your second machine or monitor through its own interface.
